I have the same laptop and I also use an external screen and it does not work for me, as in the video, it goes between 60 to 70 and a little less, what do I do?
I have 1050 laptop n I have an external monitor of 165hz I did evry possible thing to optimize this game. I get 120-200 fps but game is still laggy u can't play it lags like hell sometimes it goes black all of a sudden but still I manage idk I have to continue till I get a new pc.
Reduce refresh rate to 120hz, and cap it at 120fps
How does a mobile 1050 get 200 frames dude I don’t believe it. My 1660 super little beast in an actual pc gets 144 steady with all the settings low
@@Derek2k lol I was talking about arenas. I used to get those numbers on performance display but IDK if its legit or not even though the game was unplayable back then. now I get like 60 - 70 fps in arenas and it's decently playable.
how is this so smooth ??? i have the exact same specs but it still lags any other tips apart from the settings menu you showed please ??
Try turning the resolution down to 1080p?
X2
Bruh this must be fake or some voodoo magic I got same specs but mine becomes dog shit when there’s a fight
Nah bro apex was this good back then, now it's absolute crap
How many fps i can get, i have 1050 3gb vram and i5 9th gen
No way you can get 100 fps i got the same spec and gives me 50 fps on lowest setting 1080p is my laptop broken. Its HP Pavillion 15 same spec though.
SAME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
same :(
maybe because he is using external monitor
It’s because your cpu is bottle necking you need to go to graphic setting and change apex to high performance
I just fixed this on a customer's laptop recently. It is probably a driver issue. Uninstall your video drivers then try the newest ones from nvidia. If that doesn't work well try the second newest.
@LaptopMedia is this the GTX 1050 3 gb version ?
ive got the 3gb version slightly overclocked and it sits around 60 fps
@@jasonbeddow7082 can I know the overclocked stats please
@@thejayanthanand so using msi afterburner the highest stable overclock that I've tested is +243 mhz for core clock and +236 mhz on memory clock with temperatures maxing out at 94°c
@@jasonbeddow7082 thanks bro 👍
@@jasonbeddow7082 that cpu going to explode
Fake, same specs and cant even get 60fps on lowest settings
Fake. Apex Legends is a laggy shit rn.
maybe u have a bottleneck cpu
if ur cpu id dogwater then its gonna drag ur gpu down to its lvl
and also ur ram
@@goldentge2926 Nah now it's ok with fps.
@@nonidog9515 how , can you tell me , I have same specs ,i5 8th gen and I get around 30-45 fps and it's stutters mid combat and I can't do shit I get killed
