I'm assuming its a similar focaccia recipe he shared not too long ago, though this one looks super buttery in the middle. Possibly something prepped?
Nevermind, upon rewatching he adds cheese in the middle before baking, giving it a buttery look to it. From there he makes his pistacchio sauce (also mentioned in another video) and adds what appears to be italian meats, fresh mozzarella, and a sort of balsamic vinegarette. Go ham, homeboy.

@@aregan35 No....not really, I used to eat a lot of snacks while playing games or watching Netflix midnight. But for a guy who in weight loss program for about 3 years and go to the gym 4 days a week? Then yeah I'm against eating at 2 am (for myself), one of the main WL program is "don't eat anything at all pass 7 pm".

I NEED THAT BREAD RECIPE
This looks a lot like 'panuozzo' from Italy, which is kind of a pizza-doug bread, you can also fry it, that makes it crunchier.
Ingredients
300 ml Water 1.2 cups
500 grams Le 5 Stagioni 00 Flour 17.6 oz
15 grams Sea salt 0.5 oz
Instructions
Start by adding the salt to your water and mixing together until it has been completely dissolved.
Next, slowly stir in your flour a little bit at a time, continuing to mix as you go.
Add your yeast to the mixture and allow it to dissolve.
Finish combining the rest of your flour and continue mixing until it reaches the desired dough-like consistency.
Knead your dough on a flat surface and sprinkle a bit of flour to prevent it from sticking.
Let your dough rest for at least 2 hours, covering it with a damp cloth to prevent it from becoming dry.
Once it's ready, cut your dough into small pieces and begin rolling them into balls.
Place your dough balls in an airtight container and place them in a cool room for at least 20 hours.
To bake your Panouzzo Nepoletano, spread the dough out into a long sandwich shape and glaze with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and a sprinkle of fresh oregano.
If you’re using a wood fire oven, bake the Panouzzo at around 430 degrees Celsius (221 degrees Fahrenheit.)
For a traditional electric oven, bake your Panouzzo on the highest setting possible.
After the dough has puffed up, remove it from the oven and slice it like a sandwich.
At this point, you can fill your Panouzzo up with your favorite pizza ingredients!
Next, you’ll finish your Panouzzo by putting it back in the oven.
If you’re using a wood fire oven, keep it towards the front of the oven to prevent it from burning.
For electric ovens, reduce your temperature slightly and keep your Panouzzo open to prevent burning.
When your Panouzzo has reached a golden brown color on all sides, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool before enjoying it.

The most expensive ingredients hare are the prosciutto and the cheeses. You can sub down to another fatty cut for the prosciutto (or whatever combo of deli meats) and go mono cheese or step down to string cheese for the mozzarella. Beyond that it's just finding other uses for the other ingredients (pesto on everything.. weekly bread bakes or home made pasta for flour, replace a vegetable oil in your pantry for the olive oil for cooking (minding the lower smoke point)/topping, etc. Again it's mostly finding a use for the other ingredients during their shelf life!
@@shandy9421 I'm sorry but there's no replacement for those ingredients. Replace them with something else and the sandwich will taste totally different (probably worse). I know this because i'm used to buy quality ingredients and whenever i get to eat something with less quality i imediately feel the difference. You can feel the difference between italian cheese manufacturers, let alone if you replace the mozzarella with string cheese or the Prosciutto di Parma with some other kind of deli meat
