- We visited the development called Camelot Village in Discovery Bay, St Ann to view their new 2 bed 2 bath detached bungalow model unit. Prices start at 17.3 million Jamaican dollars. Phase 1 Townhouses are now all sold out, as well as phase 2 2 bed 2 bath bungalows. Phase 3 is now on sale. The development will feature 6 phases in total. I like that you included the drive too as this was a route I was not familiar with (most use the Columbus Dr. route closer to the townhouses). Thank you for letting us know. Camelot Village is going to be a nice development when completed. I like the townhouses, and the bungalows are presented nicely too. I think I would've liked to see a different design though with the bungalows as it seems all of the developers use the same design. Other than that Camelot Village is a good development in a nice area of Discovery Bay
Can you extend on the house build on the property I know you probably can't build on top of the house but on the land thank you great video

Donna I think they are targeting the oversea people and not locals as many wouldn’t be able to afford the mortgage.

Yes not far from Discovery Bay square where the shops and supermarkets are
Is it gated? Also what amenities are available?
This is a gated development. I don’t think these come with a pool or clubhouse, but are gated.
Phase 3 are not on sale as yet according to Gore
I think they have misinformed me because when I went to visit, I spoke to a representative who said phase 3 were now on sale. Confusing 🥴
So thos will be ready 2022?
I believe so, but would be best to check with the developer

Hi. When did this become available? I’ve been on the waitlist and I never got an alert and when I checked the website I have not seen them advertising yet.
I believe these just became available. Phase 1 the townhouses are sold out and phase 2 of the 2 bed 2 bath bungalows are also sold out. Phase 3 is now selling. I think it’s best to keep calling them every so often as it seems they haven’t kept you updated.
Yes phase 3 have not yet been advertised on their website although they are selling now
