Fro what we could see the backyard does not face the ocean and the only pool is the community pool. Although these houses are beautiful It doesn’t seem as though the back gardens are going to very big

We were not able to access this site as it is still in the construction stages and they were not allowing people on the site. We did go to the site but could only show from the side of the development.

I believe construction will be completed in 2022. The majority of these have already been sold. Only 2 houses left for sale
They are only building 4 bedrooms
