This is honestly so amazing for 25k. We see tinyhouses that would go up to 50k-60k and it just loses purpose of tiny home. I really want to thank you guys for building a house that is realistically affordable for people who are unable to afford/build it themseleves. The house looks great by the way.
Randy cares about people and giving a good deal with his tiny homes. That's why he and his company is doing well.
Tiny homes are only for one person at best, it seems like a cool concept of living until you actually live it and it’s like living in an RV, which I’ve done and it really sucked.
@@mathewhastings9485 yeah definitely. Tiny house that's this size is suitable for single person. And tbh, I think it would kinda suck to live in a tiny space but I'll take uncomfortable living over 300k in debt and living in constant anxiety anyday

I agree! To much laughing/joking now. I think it is incredibly unprofessional. Just show the houses without the entertainment THEATRICS.! There are lots of other tiny house companies that take the time to actually show their homes in a professional manner. I am inclined to watch them instead.

That doesn’t include the land or the lot fees. Or if you can have it on a lot because it’s a toe behind…… land can cost upwards of thirty thousand. And if it’s in the city you might not be Able to have that tiny house. They might not even let it in someone’s back yard. The house is 25k but you have to have the truck to toe it. You have to have the toilet and water hook up…… see where it becomes seventy five thousand really quickly….. for that you can buy a fixer upper.

@@missmarthafawker um no you are assuming a lot of things. You can set up rain collectors for water, dont need a toilet with water get a compost toilet, and you can easily get land under 10k.

not over priced??? There's a guy on CZcams that has an amazing cabin, 3 times this size...on land that he build himself and he paid about 29k for it. This is definitely over priced for this size.

The 25 000 dollar one you see here has a serious issue in the cooking area... no splash protection on the walls, and also, right next to an electrical socket... for 25 000 dollars, that house sure is worthless fire hazard on wheels, roflmfao.

I live in the Gatlinburg Tn area with 14 million tourist a year coming to this area if the GSM I would say these would do great on a overnight rent.
Also there is a tiny home rental community in Chattanooga Tn they do overnight rentals. Its close to look out mountain maybe you might want to check this place out to see how well they are doing... I can't remember the name of the place but if I do I will come back here to let you know. but it shouldn't be hard to find I believe its the only Tiny home overnight rentals in Chattanooga TN.

I am absolutely blown away by this tiny home. I really hope you can guys can do a tour for a finished, or semi finished version in a 24' package as that's exactly what I would want, and I KNOW you guys would be cheaper than any other company I have checked out.

Never saw a space that small, w/that much character and so many amenities, structure, beauty, functionality and yet, so much natural light and open feel to it! With that being said, I'm speechless! This tour of this tiny home is one of the best I seen. You are expressive and emphatic and the quality you have put into this home is wonderful!! I really love this home and wish I could buy it today!! 🤗 ... Maybe two things I would change? Is that I would have a square farmer sink, bigger so that I can use it to wash some hand wash things, etc., Larger pots, etc. And I would have a 2 burner induction stove. I seem to always use 2 for suppers. I love the barn wood that you use to accentuate and the light colored wood outside. Love the. Insulation you used, the flooring. The tankless water heater in bathroom, .... Couch that folds out!! Etc., Etc., And so forth!!

@@TheGreyzer1, I thank you for your opinion ( in a polite way unlike the other comment) I'm not sure where you live, but here in the NW a home built in 1910 580 sq feet is well over 300.000. I believe that's a TRULY OVERPRICED home. That also comes with a 30 year prison sentence ( or called a mortgage)
Our tiny homes here start at 55.000 and up that's for just basic.
So for as long as I've been looking, this model is well below what it would cost me here, and better built.

Wow, the universe is awesome! I’ve been wanting a tiny home in my backyard for sometime, but the costs I’ve seen are ridiculously scam type prices. Did a Google search for “why are tiny homes so expensive?” Then a great article came up quoting you and your take on the price gouging and your decision to keep these homes affordable despite your greedy competitors trying to capitalize off this craze. I was so impressed with what you had to say that I Clicked on your name which took me to your website and I felt so blessed to find your wonderfully built very affordable tiny homes that can move with me if I move from my home! I have to gain more understanding of the laws in my area, but In 2020, I’ll definitely be reaching out to your company to help me to decide which one to buy. Thanks a million for being a cut above the rest and a very ethical man in terms of not trying to rip people off with the tiny house craze. We know you’ll be blessed 10 fold for your awesome integrity!
