Oh Macchi what a wonderful home Nick has shown us. Just amazing. They keep getting better and better. This one is real doozy! It's got everything. How sad for the owners to give it up. There are many things that were gorgeous but that wisteria vine outside is a true work of art. Natures art. They should do a painting of it.
When you went outside to the patio area, I had to laugh at Macchi how he got up on the wall edge and looked exactly where you were talking about. He is a beautiful well behaved dog for sure and watched your every move. My dog would be running at break neck speed all over the property.

Very charming! The property owners have great taste and I love the upgrades they made to the ground floor. Wish they had done the same to the upstairs bathrooms as well. I could see myself being very happy here.

I have been following this channel for over two years. It is a treat every weekend. This house isn’t the biggest or the grandest but I would say it is the most beautiful. The gardens and patios have such charm and coziness. The rooms are stunning. Thank you.

I would buy this house and just change one thing. Replace the 70’s taps with 1/4 turn old fashioned taps. Have simply fallen in love with this beautiful house and it’s surrounds. You have done it again Nick finding this aesthetically pleasing, practical house which would be easy to turn into a home. Greetings from Australia. What a gem of a property, Nick! The owners have exquisite taste and their presence is evident throughout. The house really speaks to me and I could see myself falling in love with it. I do agree that it would benefit from judicious landscaping with an eye towards opening up the magnificent view a bit.

Oh, wow, Nick, this one is truly AD quality! The owners did a fantastic work here. The huge fireplaces are comforting, the hand hewn doors worn over time, with hand made knockers, the plastered walls, dark beams, the glowing fire, all the stone, who wouldn’t love to jus visit, much less, own this gorgeous home! And the price is, I think, a steal.

The house itself and the property are absolutely gorgeous!! That stonework, WOW!! I love old homes, and the history they hold. I’m probably in the minority here but, I don’t like the modern elements in a place as special and exquisite as this. By “ modern elements “ I am referring to the artwork on the walls and some of the furniture. To me, it feels like it just doesn’t belong. Such a treasure of a house, with all its history and architecture. And to see modern art on its walls……….it just feels wrong to me. I’ve seen many of your videos where you show old homes where the owners have managed to retain the integrity of the original structure and feeling of the house. While this house is absolutely stunning on its own, the modern art in a place as special as this is what turns me off I suppose. Nothing that can’t be rectified with a conscientious and intuitive buyer. Always love your videos!
