Can you give any idea how much is a handuman repair cost to do
1. Replace toilet
2. Bath tub
3. Vanity
4. Tiles and water proofing
5. Dry wall repair
Because I see these are the main problem of these multifamily or single family houses in those area you mentioned. Also kithen cabinet needs repairs or replace. So, people need to add these costs with the price. Please let me know if you already have a video on this subjects that I missed.
Also is there room rent with in $500.00 rent? Sometimes people want to rent their spare room and bathroom.
