- Today was one of those days where life felt like a dream. It wasn't all perfect and we had to run errands too but still, Siargao Island here in the Philippines is a magical place to build a life.
Our names are Jmayel, Sacha & Story. We traveled to Siargao island with Jmayel's mum & Story's grandma just before the Global pandemic that sent the whole planet into quarantine. We got stranded for months and fell in love with island life, now we want to make that life more permanent.

Puppy looks happy wagging his or her tail🐕❤🐕❤you can do the laundry and hang it at the living room if your ac unit is on it will dry overnight if you have a portable clothes line that you can pack and fold unless you order online, no need to go at the laundromat for washing and drying clothes.

I remember the last time I came to visit the Philippines after 8 years in the US, the heat is so exhausting I got headaches everyday! My sweat is dripping like a faucet, it took two weeks for my body to adjust. I'm just hoping the next time I come home i will not have headaches anymore and enjoy my vacation.

May I suggest, I live in CA/USA, but during the hot days, I put a small fan around my neck w/ a lanyard. It's available online or possibly they sell it there since it's a tropical weather. God Bless always...

Sacha and Jay, it was beautiful hearing Story say "Salamat!" to the saleslady. I also often hear you both say the same thing to the Siargao locals.
I'd just want to enhance your use of that sentence so you could maximize the effect of your intended show of respect and gratitude and help apply more of the area's customs and traditions in your everyday life and language there: "Salamat 'po'/'ho!'" ("po" or "ho" indicates and adds respect for someone older than or one not too familiar to you). This is a more respectful and formal way to say "thank you" in Tagalog or Pilipino. You may also add, "Maraming salamat po/ho!" to mean "Thank you very much!"
