VERY IMAGINATIVE RECIPE ... but would have been easier to absorb without ENDLESS repetitive music ... after all repetitive music is hardly imaginative .. is it?

I changed the music style because I kept getting copyrighted strikes from the Bots.

@@CuisineMauritian I see, and I've heard about that problem. The only suggestion is to reduce the volume so that it is only just heard .. or use a medley of very old recording of Mauritian songs, (preferably non-vocal), again very, very low volume in the background. Once again, 9/10 for your recipe, a real pleasure to watch!
