You see, this is why I enjoy sports shows. Michael Irvin and especially Sherman broke down the complications of hiring a HC. I didn't know the behind the scenes of "the good ole boys club" and how they hire HC and bring them to their special parties. When they put it that way, it suddenly made so much sense regarding some of the baffling HC choices we've seen in the NFL. I appreciate you all giving us the behind the scenes of the NFL.
Lots of people who don’t watch the raiders don’t understand how dire the situation was. It’s not about win or even if they can make the playoffs at this point. The change in personnel is about a group of guys that are now happy to be a part of the team. Happy to show up to work and grind with the guys. The last year for them was pure misery.
Maxx Crosby said the team could dance with each other before and after practice for the first time in a year and a half (When McDaniels came) that sounds so miserable bro 😭 I can’t imagine what else he had em doing and not doing

what something/somebody nobody is talking about, Aidan O’Connell was a hit in the draft. he’s a pocket passer, which nobody looks for in today’s football, but give him an OL and he’ll produce. obviously played in a terrible B1G West and got to the B1G championship, got blown to pieces by Michigan. but he’s a project, i’d keep my eye on him

Animal control had to round them up after they escaped from his backyard. In the dead of winter. One was malnourished. He also smuggled Plaxico Burress gun out of the night club after he shot himself and only turned it over to the cops after they showed up at his door after repeatedly saying he'd bring to the police station. In other words, he'll fit right in with the Raiders.
