I think I understand why he put her to that test. We do not know everything about the relationship past and present. If you truly love someone and want to be with them it shouldn't matter how nice the house is when you have each other so I get it and I agree with what he did. She really didn't have a reason to get upset & should understand he's protecting himself & his kids.

I am also getting tired of him. I dont like how he scolds her, like he did with the water all over the kitchen. Explain what the water can do to the floors so she will know. I don't think she is with him for only his money. I think she has standards. She left her whole life to come be with him. I think it's ok that we desire to be with someone who can financially support us. Honestly I think there would be a lot less children suffering if all women learned not to just settle. Sure money isn't everything. I'm totally for building together. At the end of the day yes it's about the heart and how someone treats you. However I think it's smart to think the way she does.
If I have to leave my life, country, family, and say no to all other suitors to be with one man only, he'd better be able to provide a good lifestyle for me and not make me live in squalor in a foreign country where I cannot work when I was living better at home. What is the big deal about him not mentioning his first marriage? My marriage is my 2nd, but I rarely if ever mention my first marriage. My ex & i were married a yr & a half & had a son before he came out as gay. My husband now has raised him since my son was 4 & we have another son & daughter. My ex has had nothing to do w my son, & my husband & I have been married since 1994, so thats the only marriage I talk about.

I will add this: Often depending on the state one can pay past due or late taxes on a property they do not own for a few years because at some point you can claim you are the owner and the tax payments validate you as the owner. That forces the real owner to have to fight you in court to regain ownership. This is a very popular for people to own homes they could never afford. Reason: if the home is paid up in mortgage payments you only have to begin there so if the home is half paid off already you just finish or re finance. He could very well have done this before graduation. The tele is full of real estate programs and informercials on how to do this....full of them. This works best if you know someone is in prison or has been deported.

I think he concentrated on his 2nd marriage because that is the one that hurt him most...because of the kids and being successful at that time. And it isn't clear to me, but I'd say his ex ended the marriage in part, due to his OCD, among other things.

It was such a staged event. If you look at the kitchen sink in the old house there is no faucet! They just have a plant covering up where the faucet in the kitchen sink should be. That was totally staged.
A lot of the people on these shows don’t disclose everything. I think they should do an extensive background check before they sign them on the show. Too many times after the fact we find out some are not who they portray to be. Look at Ben! He was a disaster! Mike the fireman and Natalie all left stuff undisclosed.

She proved that to him when he took her to the old house he grew up in, and then he says he forgives her for the little comments she was making bc she apologized. I strongly dislike Bilal. He's not odd, he's a straight up narcissist. He claims to grow up in the hood in the hard knock life YET his mother is a dr. And if he is such a real estate mogul why is his fathers house so dilapidated? Thanks for the information Max but I didn't believe his story line from the beginning. Made up to make drama. Since I don't like people who have no consideration for other people they're supposed to care for, I wasn't interested in this storyline. I want to see how the baby storyline unfolds and if she will defend herself when he makes statements such as the one about her and having a baby.
