If you're prescribed the meds by doctor, instructions clearly state one or two blah blah.. So even if you're tired or forgetful how many more did you accidentally took? Let's say 6. First took 2 then forgot whether taken or not took 2 more. Then in a half conscious delirious mind somehow took 2 more....given this scenario you are no where near death (unless allergy or complications). You would probably need to swallow 50 tablets of 10mg valium to be near death. And if you actually sat down and swallow 20 at one go ..then it's not accidental but suicidal. Get help.
