"I've never forged in direct sunlight, it's a hit hard." That one forge in fire champion in his backyard with a satellite dish forge, sunglass eye protection.
Last guy said he failed to see one small detail... except it was a huge detail, and was specifically brought attention to in the beginning of the challenge.
Just one small detail sent me home... the shape of my blade...... Actually that was a huge part of the challenge and something they explicitly mentioned, I don't know why I said it was a small detail, lmao
Not what title claimed. That being said, "Forged in Fire" you can't go wrong watching it. Awesome show and i rather enjoy all videos pertaining the show, even if the title is misleading. I still watched the entire thing.
Ah yes, a Chef's knife. Perfectly great for whacking rolling pins, swinging at a hanging fish... You know that how I also cook and cut the meats from the supermarket. I just tie up and come in full swing.
TBH war bounds need different kinds of armor ratings/effects. It seems all the armors have the same effects that was in the first 2 war bonds and super credit store. Light medium heavy should have different effects. Like light armor medic should give 1 extra stim and .5 sec stim effect, the medium medic should be 2 stims with either 1 oe 1.5 sec stim effect, and the heavy medic should be 3 extra stims with the 2 sec. The same with other armors light armor should not have the same high effect as a heavy armor
I'm always amazed at how many times I've seen them come back from their home forge completely missing a required component. Here we have no recurve, in others there's been a missing crossguard, and even pommel. I can see it happening on-set, but once you're outside of that pressured environment how do you not check and re-check the specs throughout the job?
Hello, non native english speaker here. Guys I have a question, why do they refer at them as blade-smiths? I know many of the guys that competed on the show are not necessarily specialized on blade forging, isnt the "normal" word blacksmith? Or was it changed for, you know, politically correct terms?
Using all of the tactics to get views I see lol how sad, for starters it’s stolen content, secondly the clickbait thumbnail, and the fluctuations in volume, I bet the next video you’ll speed up the speech so everyone has to watch it at 0.5 speed to maximize your watch time.
You know a dull knife can also cut with the amount of force they use. Like calm down and barely use force a sharp blade will cut with little force needed.
its testing if the blade will bent or chip against blunt or splintering surfaces, thats why in the first clip, they mentioned one guys blade coming in straight but coming out with a minor curve
No disrespect meant here, but neither of you addressed what my comment was about. I understand the meaning of the test, which is why I didn't ask, "Why are they chopping stuff like that?" My question was direct. Who in a natural setting is going to be chopping hard things like that with a kitchen knife was the question. Beyond that, it was a rhetorical question that was meant to emphasize the comedic quality of making a kitchen knife and then using it to chop a rolling pin. -_-
@@carnagerecords8490 full disrespect, this is a compatition between blacksmiths, not a "can this blade make you survive" You are greatly over thinking and over analyzing and it honestly hurts my head from how dumb your question is.
@cyberfaunix6920 Once again, you're missing the point. You're not too sharp, are ya? Where did I say anything about survival? Not only do you not know how to read, but you also apparently do not have the capability to spell. I will no further engage with you as you are obviously unable to comprehend words. Good day simpleton.
Clickbait; a description, title or thumbnail that states something that has nothing to do with a video in the interest of getting views. I DON'T think you know how to spell
It's not like the fish are gonna disappear anytime soon dude. If you're so concerned about it, go catch some fish and put them to use by either eating them or donating them to make yourself feel better.
So they asked for a haladie, i google what a haladie is, he makes a sudanese haladie, got kicked out, because they wanted an indian haladie, so he got kicked out for not being able to read minds.. AWESOME JOB GUYS! Lets use words we have no clue what they mean, seems totally fair -.-

Sry but when they even never got an training to do blacksmith with coal, then they and even there master are really bad in their jobs. We have in germany even a few they work with coal forge like in the medival, so again -1 for not so never be free amiland!
Clickbait. Nothing said anything about being " too sharp"
Happens all the time and being too sharp isn’t a thing honestly just for views
There wasn’t even a glowing purple alien blade
Thanks, clicked off pretty fast after reading this.
@@Void-gz3pd and that greatly upset me!
In the title. Exactly nothing is said about too sharp. XD
Not one person utters “too sharp”. 🤡
Act like clickbait is a new thing😂
New to youtube?

Never forged in my life but I love this show!
Last guy said he failed to see one small detail... except it was a huge detail, and was specifically brought attention to in the beginning of the challenge.

One small detail… which happened to be the fucking blade 🤣🤣🤣 what a dumbass
why is the narrator only in my left ear
He's very shy.
Shitty audio editing

Just missed the one small detail that kicked you out of the competition
Will it keel tho?
homie said a small detail, it was the main focus T-T
my left ear was loving this
Cool sick of the weapons only! Like too see some garden tool making.
You have to love it when the experts use words like 'perfectly' and 'cleanly' during tests.
Me: Watching this
Also me not even a minute into the video: [Looks to my left.]
Bro the judge in the thumbnail always reminds me of the mad tv character 😂😂😂
Reporting the video for false advertsing . Nothing in here was sharp. Change your title

better commentary in that ear compared to the right ;)
imagine being a fish and finding out that people caught you and killed you just to test knifes on you
Imagine being a fish and your last thoughts are bloop cause it's a fucking fish lol
oh no
Because chefs always beat the daylights out of their knives on rolling pins. Yeah. Okay.
Ah yes, they are testing knives FOR THEIR WOOD CUTTING POTENTIAL.
So not only is there clickbait, but it's basically ripping off the show. Got it.

not only do i hate narrators in videos where they aren't needed but this one is only in my left ear too lmfao
The whole point of the Blade was the recurve 15:17 “I failed because of one small detail” 🤦🏻♂️😂☠️
The ending was just sad, it took him 3 days to make the blade but he forgot one small detail and it caused him to lose
My dream is to buy a hand-vent forge just like at the intro part of the video but don't know where to look since I'm in Europe
Bruhhhh my left ear bud broke and everyone is talking about the narrator being in the left ear but atleast I have subtitles 😁
Where can I buy one of their knives???? 😂

In the first round we saw they were all winners I feel sorry for Ben
Clickbait don't recommend this channel
3 or 4 rules for a blade. Recurve being one. "Minor detail"
Thats why he lost. Not the recurve. Undersight of a major detail.
You got to make a chefs knife. Proceeds to put under nonchef knife strains.
Try watch the crussader episode and talk about sharp blade
That dude just enjoys beating the crap out of people hard worked blades
Channels like this can only exist without the dislike button
WHY IS THE NARRATOR VOICE PANNED ONLY TO THE LEFT HEADPHONE DRIVING ME NUTS XD
Thank-you for click bait comments, stopped early instead of wasting time
Who even cuts a fish with that force 🤷🏻♂️ with that force a pen knife would slice through.
That’s miscommunication his blade was an s he didn’t think each blade had to be wavy like an s
