MUGEN: More Puppet Shenanigans

Weird that I get to make this a day or so after SML's original channel got deleted.
Regardless, Willg made a new Jeffy. Unfortunately, I still can't say its really good. The sprites are screenshots cut from the actual videos which is neat I suppose, though the problem is that in terms of gameplay its a relatively unimpressive MVC1 styled character (similar to Noob12's Book and Courage for instance) with an infinite projectile, a laser beam super where Jeffy is invincible throughout its entire duration, and hit sounds that are way too long. Still, its at least better than the other Jeffys in MUGEN, if that counts for something.
