MUGEN: Noah's Modern Ark

So Alerkina4 made 4 'characters' from Rocko's Modern Life and some of these have interesting things regarding them:
Rocko: Basically AndrewColinco's (I think that's his name) Cartman with very few sprite variations (the icon isn't even replaced) and Dee Bee Kaw's HADOUKEN sound. Also sometimes he has no intro whatsoever.
Heffer: CvS Axel spriteswap with bloated stats and as such is a slog to take down. The reason why I used Noah.
Filburt: The one with the least interesting things to take about. Just a spriteswap of that crappy Arcade Lisa (funny how I'm on a Simpsons Arcade stage) with some sprites left intact. Also stolen icon from BeanFan's Filburt.
Spunky the Dog: Another BeanFan spriteswap of Shaggy this time, with a weird ass soundpack. He has a super tough-sounding voice. Mainly that voice from the EoH template (I think it's Guile but I could be wrong). And why does it need "the Dog" in its name? At least it's not as stupid as "Tails the Fox".
