  • On this episode we continue working on the Hemi Coupe floor. We finish welding together parts of the floor, plus hammer form and bead for extra strength. We made a DIY tool to finish off our beading lines. All one step closer to mating the body with the floor and frame.

Come on, just amazing artistry, design and fabrication! The thought that you put into "just a floor" is grand and inspiring and loved the walk in from the previous videos of dies and bucks that led us here. Form and function, and art. IF this was my car, I wouldn't dare to cover it in sound deadener and carpet! Beautiful work and thank you for sharing and explaining your process. Josh made an early walk on (drink). Go Bennetts Customs, keep moving forward!

I did not know about that wire wheel nut holder trick. I have a few hundred to do for a large machine I'm currently restoring. I can only wire wheel the ends of my fingers so many times before I start bleeding 🤣🤣 thanks for the awesome tip. Going to try it on Monday at work👍

And remember kids, never wear gloves when using a bench grinder - those gloves will get caught and drag your hand in.

If you ever get water inside the car, wouldn't it collect and stay in those X? Shouldn't they be positive side up ?
