I almost finish my homework, i have one month trying to do it, and now in a few hours i´m finish my work, now is 1:07 am, by 3 am i finish all, maybe in less time
Do you have a Spotify profile for this? Thanks
What lab test do they do for adhd? Thats right they don't and can't prove its real.
I think each brain is different
For those who’s brains won’t shut up and let you focus. I feel your pain (nursing school notes are so boring when I could be thinking of ways to become a master cleaner) welcome to the ADHD/ADD side of CZcams, I hope you feel productive and happy today.
"master cleaner"!!!! lol! i felt that in my soul.
Thank you! ✨
I don't know why this comment hit me hard
thanks for this i hope for the best for you
thank you I feel welcome here
Thanks for this. white noise is what adhd people need, not some random composition music that could make us even more distracted...
songs are worse, I would sing along out loud lmao, but its good for repetitive mindless activity tho
I mean it’s different for everyone, personally hardcore breakcore helps me relax
right! like i need something to completely erase excessive noises and thoughts instead of simply taking over with other noises yk? this did a great job of that
Can u tell me what also help except for meds? I think i have adhd badly and my family think I'm making ut up as a teenager as an to not study i really be having that urge to study every day but i cant sit still
@@mathewronaldo539 plenty of good sleep will help too. I actually came across a book called Why We Sleep where in the middle of it the author talked about lots of people get an attention problem and was wrongly diagnosed with ADHD but actually what they need is a good sleep. I doubt if this is my case too cause I actually have Apena which causes sleeping problems even as a child
To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life !!
Thank you for the kind words and I hope the same for you and yours
Thank you!!!@@aaronvanmeter3334
I really needed that thank you and I hope the same for you as well.
Thank you so much. You have a kind soul
I need that prayer
I love when I can feel this change in my brain. It's like some pressure just evaporates. You know. Exactly like when you relax your muscles. Like something just switches places in my brain.
omg yes. as soon as it started i felt my brain become lighter, that's the only way i could think of explaining it
Bruh as I am reading your comments and I am experiencing what you wrote, I am like hold on 😅
It's probably anxiety. You might want to look into that. You'll feel far greater relieve if you happen to have it and then end up getting reed of it
@@user-tu8lf3vc6g I dont know. They told me I have anxiety but meds werent working at all. So meh.
wait until you find out about Brown noise. The effect is even bigger!!
I always scroll down to the comments when I start a nice video to make sure no one mentions an unexpected loud noise. Does anyone else do this? I have trust issues. :-D Anyway, this video is the best - thank you!
I do that lol
Yesss i do that too
Yes
You might not be old enough to remember this, but there was a "screamer era" on CZcams around 2007-10 where a lot of videos had jump scares. I fell for a few of them, and I always check comments now before watching a video.
@@anticorncob6 I know exactly what you're talking about. I was only 4-7 years old during that time so you could imagine how scarring it was. Absolutely traumatic really 😭
@@anticorncob6 omg i remember watching a video when i was like 7 and suddenly a clown popped up and started screaming it was horrifying
My brain won't shut up so thanks for this

Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable source here in Australia. Really need!
Yes, dr.sporessss. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
I wish they were readily available in my place.
Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac.
He's constantly talking about killing someone.
He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.
Is he on instagram?
Yes he is. dr.sporessss
To anyone who struggles with ADHD, know that you are not alone and that you have so much to offer the world. Your unique perspective and way of thinking can bring so much value and creativity to the table. It can be challenging at times to navigate a world that may not always understand or accommodate your needs, but remember that you have the strength and resilience to overcome any obstacle. Don't let anyone else's limited expectations hold you back. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. You have the power to create a fulfilling and meaningful life for yourself. Keep reaching for your goals and dreams, and never give up. You got this!
thank you! same to you friend :)
I got my diagnose a month ago. I'm 20, and now all my high school struggles make sense. Thank you for your words.
Guess I'm ADHD...
Thank you

My brain: but what would the waterfall sound like at all the different playback speeds
Yes that was how early it was when I wrote this comment
yeah now i have to try it

Fell asleep listening to this last night and absolutely loved it. No interruptions, no ads, just white noise to help clear my mind and help me relax. 😌
Best sleep I've had in a long time.

Man i wish i could just relax but when i listened to this i zoned out and start thinking what if i was here what if i fell off how would i try to survive and i would imagine a whole big situation and then go in youtube and start watching CZcams vids on survival

I'm waiting on my ADHD diagnosis
Thank you so so much!
I think that's also the novelty part of this! As a fellow ADHDer I suggest you look up brown noises too when this wears off
Exactly!! How so you get diagnosed without telling other people or paying a lot of money.
Yes. I'm broke.
@@chiaraemiliani7582 so you say....it's gonna loose its effect? should I just end myself at this point?
Don't give up!!! Stick to manual and active work, kinetic work...learn a trade, like plumbing, mechanics, AC and heating, become some kind of chef, or a designer, photographer, artist, walk dogs or do dog training. I wish I'd understood my problem when I was young, before I chose my career and failed in it. Good luck to you...oh, BTW, ADHD seems to be caused by a deficiency in the dopamine reward system. I hope that you can find some help soon. Good luck.
Did you end up getting diagnosed?
stop looking at the comments !!! go study/to sleep!
I don't have adhd, but it's still an amazing and calming sound, almost like on a plane when everyone's asleep

No need to have ADHD to have soundwaves and brainwaves making the effect on brain based on quite basic physics - frequency and resonation. Just everyone responds and vibrates a bit differently hence why for some the brown or pink sounds work better - depending on how you need to affect the brain - stimulate or calm etc. But very interesting phenomenon and am so grateful for finding it and be able to use 🧠🕊️🪽
this is the first time i've been able to do schoolwork on time in two weeks
When I listen to this noise the voices in my head disappear ... after years I have found calm even for a few moments ... thanks 🥺 I have c-ptsd and various other ailments
You got this :) I believe in you.
you need to change your c- ptsd diagnosis to a - ptsg. adault post traumatic stress growth. by just reaming your "weakness" you can change your whole outlook and understanding. god be blessed
I could stare at this waterfall forever. My brains thanks you 😩
this just helped me through a autistic meltdown where I went non verbal for an hour, I love this sm
My brain just calmed down and all the thoughts left me I have never felt this relaxed

This is perfect for my brother , as he is always stressing out , helps calm him down when hes crying too
you sound like a great brother man 😃
I came from your Tiktok account, this is the best calm sound I found so far for getting my focus on. I do not have ADHD (as far as I know) but this worked so well to me.
I feel like I have this urge to write this comment in the middle of my work. I just wanna say a BIG THANK YOU to this sound.

@كات قيرل I know that bird is the worst. Otherwize it so good but bird so bad all the time bird
I started to listen almost immediately, i began to sit down and review my notes on adhd medication, then i cleaned the kitchen. This works!
I'm almost 33 now and I have only recently started to believe I might have ADHD. Sometimes I have trouble focusing on things and I have this constant need of overstimulation. Other times I become obsessed with something and spend a huge amount of time and energy on it, only to forget about it later.
I always need music, but most songs feel boring. I want music or a podcast or both at the same time. I get bored very easily. I have trouble finishing tasks because at some point they stop being engaging or interesting. I am a very creative person and I always have so many ideas for projects (people say I'm pretty good at writing) but I find it hard to finish any project. I think perhaps I coukd make a living out of it if I could focus enough to actually do it. I have started wtiting about 7 books, but abandoned all of them. I have the stories all in my head, down to the very minimal details (I obsess about the little details, I do obsessive research, I come up with names that mean something, numbers that mean something, everything must mean something and it must be a perfect link in a perfect chain) but once I have everything in my head I lose interest, like I'm bored and I don't have any motivation to write it down. All my life I thought I was lazy, but I don't think that anymore. I am a very hard worker at my job (in finance) and I now realise that because numbers don't come easy to me I have to work harder than others. Sometimes numbers seem to blend in together and orher times I have trouble memorizing them. For example, I don't know any phone number, not even my own. I don't know my own social security number.
It's a mystery to me how I ended up working in finance. I always sucked at math. Life played a huge prank on me here.
Change your way of thinking, don't stuck in your head dear, life is not eternal, make your way of life more active. Try different ways to stay mentally and physically confident
Maybe because you have to really focus on math, it drowns out a bit of the ADHD craziness... maybe that's why you chose/are successful in that career.

@@o.m.8936 went through a lot, but what worked was targeting the severe depression and sleep problems with despramine & doxepin, and then introduced Vyvanse.
How you know that you have ADHD? Are you distracted even when there's nothing to think or worry about or it is more obvious when you have some bothering things going on in your life and you are obsessed with it and can't concentrate on anything?
I have tinnitus at the age of 16 and I’ve always had trouble sleeping, but with this I don’t have to take sleeping pills to fall asleep. I truly appreciate you for uploading this.

I think my adult son has ADHD, and always has a fan going in the background. It helps him settle feelings of anxiety😊.
i'm using this to revise for the exams im about to have and so far it's been very helpful. keeping my phone in another room has also been really helpful. let's try our best everybody!
I have never been diagnosed with ADHD or ADD but I get easily distracted so came to find some calming music. Instead, I happened upon your video and gave it a try. I have never been more focused!! I decided to try ambient music for studying to see if it worked just as well and switched back to this instantly. I plan on trying this out for my 8-year-old who has a very difficult time focusing to see how he does. What a huge difference this has made for me. I wish I had found this out a long time ago. It would have saved me so much stress.
I haven’t been diagnosed either im using this to try falling asleep

Im so freakin' happy I found this. Wrote my whole assignment the night before... I may or may of not forgot about it-
Feels like my whole body relaxes. Love this
Usually these white noise videos sound like someone's aggressively blowing air at my head, but this one feels like a brain pillow! :`D
brain pillow XD i like that
This is like a vacuum for my stray thoughts. I turn this on often when doing paperwork, definitely helps. Thanks.
I'm usually sceptical about things like this, bc they never work for me. With this one, I literally just sat down, turned it on on headphones, and just wrote my story without stopping and getting distracted. This is just incredible.

Just 20 seconds and I can already feel the relief as my brain calms down and relaxes to let me focus. Thank you!
i thought this wasn't going to help but it actually did help! I finished ALL my assignments that I was procastinating on doing, thank you so much for this.
After some trying. I found this is overpowered for my ADD. Jesus how does this work so well
I cannot thank you enough for this noise. I struggle with compulsive picking as a result of my ADD and this helps me to stop those urges of picking my skin. And it's helping me to sleep better, thank you so much !
I have very bad stomach ache from time to time related to stress. Im feeling my belly relieved and my liver flowing while listening. My newborn cries stops immediately and Is saving me so many nights i cant start thanking you enough(i tried the various speeds tonight, so good in all of them.). Nature Is Amazing
10/10 I did my homework in one hour (that would normally take me 3-4 hours and still unfinished and with confuseing grammar) and I got an A on it so I WILL use it again.
For the last 11 months I have been stressed out by taking care of my partner who has an untreatable heart disease. There were times of emergency and new symptoms of discomforts which feels life threatening. To stay on top of the firefighting mode, there are endless cooking, household chaos and clinic/hospital visits.
There is no break of my mind, racing to swap between emergency and daily adaption to the new life style.
The white or brown noises for ADAH have been magical to switch off my worrisome mind.
I can no longer stretch further to cope with adhoc demands for emergency household maintenance e.g. sewage leakage from the upper apartment or dishwasher breakdown.
It’s like almost gone feeling using this right now, that feeling like your adhd is being pulled away, better than constant fog.
Please never delete this it helped sm haha
I love how this just shuts my thoughts off so I can concentrate con studying

Thank you for this. My attention seeking, main character syndrome having neighbours enjoy doing home renovations using power tools from 10pm straight through to 3am. This helped me sleep last night.
This one is really helping me. I struggle a lot with generalized anxiety disorder, persistent depressive disorder and ADHD which make it way too hard for me concentrate on my studies. so, whenever I sit for studying, I simply turn this video on 😊😊😊
Time ago I downloaded a 15 minute audio of white noise. In my case it helps me to sleep. I use it when I go to bed and my brain is still looping around work tasks & so.
For work I need music with rhythm. I guess it works like a clock or a pacemaker.
White noise is a lifesaver for me. I always have my fan on inside the house, day and night, to drown out any other noise to avoid sensory overload but when I'm outside, it gets overwhelming. This is the only sound that is similar to my fan and actually works for me. Thank you so much!
