I actually came to the comments to see if this helped anyone. All I see is "like this to pass" comments, so I am here to say that this actually helped me so much. I would say this is very helpful, but I can only speak for myself. However, I do recommend this, you probably don't need to read about my life story but I am the most unfocused procrastinator you will ever meet. I have used this exact video multiple times and from my experience I can say this really did help. Anyways, good luck with your studying or any work you may have!!!! :)

For me, I think this will help because in my exams I keep hearing music in my head and I can't concentrate on the exam so maybe this will help by making me remember what I was studying when I was hearing it wich is going to make me remember the answers it's pretty complicated but that's what I think it is
