First time I have seen this sort of NFL stats review and I have been following the NFL since the early 1970s. You guys are awesome! Thanks!

I think that might just be for the owner specifically, but I could be wrong. I would imagine the Cowboys as a teams Net Worth would be #1.

Yeah, that's gotta just be owners. The Cowboys are the most valuable team in the world, being worth over 2b more than the next closest NFL teams (Pats, Rams, Giants, and Bears as the next most, surprisingly).

Yes, this is just the owner's net worth

@@Maddenhawk Damn, I didnt realize my boy, Jeffrey Lurie was so dang poor man...He needs to step his game up, bruh. Cant be having the Eagles at the bottom of the pack.

It’s just the owners, not the team. So the bengals is worth more than that but their owner doesn’t own the team entirely. And Rob Walton has a bunch of other assests

Not all of the Hunt family is involved with the Chiefs, so its possible the previous list Perna saw included only the Hunt family members who are involved (Clark and his core family) and not the entire family's net worth. That would put them behind several of these owners including Tepper.

It is kind of surprising that there is not more correlation of resources of the team/owner and team success. Sure there are limits on what can pay players; but coaching, support staff, scouting, and training facilities don't seem to be capped. Granted some can kind of bridge that gap a bit by amenities payed for by city generating more revenue.

Inaccurate ,you have to compare Walton family to the Hunts, not just, Rob.

It’s funny how Arkansans, Jerry Jones and Rob Walton, own two NFL franchises and neither of them are in their home state. Jerry Jones is a razorback for god’s sake. Makes sense why they’re so popular over here

The McCaskey's wealth is entirely from the Bears, so teams are included.

Mike Brown should swap with Jimmy Haslam so they'd be Brown's Browns.

    • @KRJayster

Because they don’t have a single/family owner, they’re owned by Green Bay.

      They are publicly owned.
