Definitely not the first chapter though, he doesn't say elohim multiple times and he says Adonai, so he's referring to someone's father. Alaha (what many mistake as being Allah) is not/never was written in any old testament scripture. Ancient Aramaic does not recognise the word "Allah" this is a much more modern conception directly from Islam/Quran.

Alaha (what many mistake as being Allah) is not/never was written in any old testament scripture. It's called "Trup" which is the tune passed down. The text is just the letters of the Torah. The vowels are also not there. To read from the Torah a person has to practice from a book that has the vowels & tune (called a Tikkun)
