I instantly started crying when I started listening.. my anxiety is triggered by body sensations, and often times is triggered for no reason and I don’t understand why. I get so frustrated when I’m completely ok and it triggers for no reason. I just want it to go away. But I feel my anxiety is deeper and it’s my subconscious.
I am in the exact same situation. These meditations have been helpful for me so far as a way to start retraining my body that it doesn’t have to go into freak out mode due to unexpected sensations. It’s a slow process but we can do it!
