I just went to the USA Nationals at Cedar Lake and they spent 90 minutes ruining the track and selling beers just before the feature. I don't like a "slicking" track during a regular race night, but when you have a full late model show and a 100 lap feature to run, JUST LET IT SLICK.
Why do these cars look like the bodies are twisted and that they don't look like they fit frame and wheels. They look like the right side is low and the left side is higher and the left rear wheel opening on the body does not line up with the wheel.
Stagger..... 4 link rear ends..... right side is higher cause the g forces going into the turn at about 100mph.... cuts back on digging the nose..... left front is stepped out to get a bite to help the car set sideways..... the rear rotates in and out to help keep the car "straight" through the turns..... how many races of late models or sprint cars have you seen?..... my guess is not very many.... probably watch NASCRAP
