Hi Shane, Top Speed question... Why did it only go 28MPH in the first test but you said you had it going 32 MPH. What was the difference and were you peddling or using the throttle only?

In the first test the battery was at about 40% of charge, and the less charge the battery has, the less power the bike has, hence the difference.
