With the exception of the restaurant #3, all other dishes are eye opening (to me) than what typically seen in say Bangkok - I mean they look wonderfully delicious. Surat Thani definitely a must visit.

Yes, that's the standard Thai "sour face". I was at a restaurant with friends last night and a Thai friend made the exact same face and shudder when eating steamed fish with lime 🤣

Well you eat seafood & I'm having milk & chocolate chip cookies. This is a thing I use to do w/my grandpa when I would spend the night w/my grandparents. We would seat @ the bar & dunk are cookies in the milk every night before bed.
Oh sweet memeriors of pa & I. Yummy, yummywinner ....... I've gotten better @ dunking in my old age. Use to loose my cookie @ the bottom of my mug. I know about how long to leave it in the milk to get it soft w/o losing the whole cookie now... lol...

We generally stay at the Orchid Riverview Hotel when we go to Surat Thani. It suits our needs perfectly.
