I'm still hoping for an episode where Poppy has to ACTUALLY work at Bistro Huddy. Even if it's just a dream sequence. I need it for reasons.
It all but happened. She wanted a bunch of customization to a dish. Nicole happily takes it to Joey because she knows he will flip. He does, of course, and storms out to Poppy's table. He throws her a Bistro Huddy chef coat and tells her to get to work in the kitchen since she wants to be a chef so badly.
River says it's like she won Top Chef.

I know. And she doesn't even have to she just wants to prove to Nicole she could do her job 1000x better than she ever could. And I'm not sure what would be funnier if she failed spectacularly or if she was actually good at it and customers loved her and her attitude was mainly reserved for Nicole.

The fad of having a content creator play multiple roles from their work environment is very widespread today (at least in my feed), but Drew nails it better than anybody! He's SOO good that when I show this channel to a friend, sometimes they think there are several actors involved until they watch closely. The personalities are so well acted they can almost forget the faces.
The best part is Drew's incredible editing. He has multiple characters in a scene, passing in front of or behind each other, and everyone is interacting with everyone else. That plus the sharply defined personalities of these people makes Bistro Huddy the best thing on CZcams.
Of course Poppy wants Nicole’s section! She’s daddy’s little princess. She walks all over poor damn River. Who but Nicole can give Poppy a run for her money and put her in her place? I enjoy their dynamic a little more every time I see them. Nice job, Drew!
Poppy not complaining to Terry about Nicole pretty much solidifies to me these two just like fighting each other 😂

Just masterful, Drew. I litrally(sic) forget that it's the same guy, even though it's two female characters. Masterful character development arcs in several examples. This is my favorite CZcams channel, and I follow like 300 channels. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for making me laugh when I get home from 12+ hours of not laughing about it so much. Here's my wild Poppy and Nicole theory: Poppy and Nicole secretly wish they had what the other has. Nicole hates working as a server and wishes she had money so she could quit her job and live a luxurious life. Poppy sees Nicole's independence and wishes she didn't have to depend on her boyfriend or dad. Yet both are too proud to admit it, leading them to publicly hate on one another while privately envying what they wish they had (I said it was a wild theory 😅).
