@@brronzebronze8195 Clint is popular for his friendliness and good attitude but Deb has a tough love personality and is able to deal with difficult customers really well.
Thus making her the backbone of the establishment.

@@SnowBlitz7 She's also willing to speed service up even when it's not busy, since she's been there long enough to know exactly when they're gonna get swamped, and is trying to have time to prep for it, so they're not scrambling. Both of them can still handle it when it gets really busy, but Clint always tries to take his time with customers.

Clint's are better with slow service but if he were my bar staff and Deb was in the weeds, I'd tell him to learn how to socialize, greet, walk and talk, all while making drinks and doing dishes. A good bartender will never stop moving during a busy shift! Still love Clint and he's always willing to make a fun drink 🍸 😀
“I don’t do mojitos” - Last week at work I heard one of the bartenders just respond, “No, I’m not making that” to a girl who ordered a Singapore sling. The way he said it had me laughing right then and there 😂

I hate making Mojitos as well, but I’ve been told by several regulars & a few Servers that I make the best of both than all the Bartenders…
@@xamyx725 why lemon drops? They're one of the easiest drinks to make and they're not even remotely time-consuming. I'll do lemon drops all night if it means I can avoid muddling anything.
@@RabblesTheBinx We use fresh squeezed lemon juice, as in we have to cut it in half & juice it each time… I work with people who can’t be bothered to grab any prep so they always take mine & don’t replace it…
@@xamyx725 well, that's just bad business sense on the management's part. You can get very high-quality fresh (not from concentrate) lemon and lime juice by the gallon. Or at least get a juicer in the kitchen so that you have a way to quickly juice your citrus as part of the daily bar prep. They don't make you squeeze out an orange every time someone orders a screwdriver, do they?
@@xamyx725when people order lemon drops I just use lemonade deep eddys and some sugar 😭 so much faster and tastes so simillar

I cannot get enough of this guy, I’m binging his videos. I’ve never worked in restaurant service but everything he does is still so relatable. And, I’m an ER nurse, and it constantly feels like he’s describing my life. Sometimes I’m Clint and sometimes I’m agro nurse!

My mom is a nurse as well. Med/surg and neuro ICU were her preferences. She *attempted* serving while in college and was fired multiple times. I have worked as a server and bartender for many years. She still says she doesn't know how the hell I do it 😂😂

In one moment he’s giving you the rundown of a new art exhibit, the new Arcade Fire album, and the best greasy spoon, hipster eateries. Then the next moment he’s dishing stats on the backup Safety who just entered the game, the head coaches college playing career, and his pick for the upcoming UFC fight. Next week you’re golfing with him. 🤷♂️🎯
That last clip is cursed to me because I follow a couple of bartender channels on here and now everytime I see these guys shaking their drinks I'm gonna have to process some information that I really don't need or want in my brain 😅

the wigs and the voices are spot on but the mannerisms is what gets me it makes it so reall how does this man learn all of those mannerisms? He must really understand human behavior to match the mannerisms perfectly to the speech cadence and rhythm. or maybe he's really good at identifying patterns. 🤔🤔
he got a drama degree at some small southern college. i love that he worked in restaurants long enough (starving actor much?) to have these phenotypes down. this shit makes me want to go back to the 'biz' -- that and the money. on the other hand.....
Bistro Huddy should be turned into an actual sitcom but every part is still played by Drew

The first was my dad when I was a kid growing up. He made a lot on tips because he new how to serve and put on a show without missing a beat. 👍💜
