    Ingredients
    Potato: 500 gm.
    King chilli: 2 nos.
    Banana stems: 4 nos. (approx. 10-14 cm long)
    Onion: 3 nos.
    Salt: 1 ½ tablespoons/add as per taste
    Ngari (Fermented dried fish): 6 Nos.
    Fish mint: Small quantity.
    Ginger: 1 inch
    Cloves of garlic: 9 nos.
    Chives: Small quantity
    Coriander: Small quantity
    Water: 500 ml hot water for cooking potato & banana stems
    (add water according to your consistency)

      @@Foodieliciousasmr-c4d there are varieties of banana stems soo,, mostly according to my knowladge i know this yellow wild banana steams are mostly used in pig feeds.. I don't say it's poisiones

    Instead of dried dried fish can I use fresh fish and roast the fish in open flame and use it?
