@@885.0ELopez i believe its when you get permission from state for your modifications, and it changes the way your car is smogged (so that you pass smog with mods). It also gets you out of cops giving you tickets or state reffing you. I think you have to have your engine swapped or something to even be considered to be BAR'd. someone correct me if im wrong

New CA law - very first thing out of 🐷's mouth should be "reason for traffic stop" Anything else (ask for license/docs, question, chat etc) is considered "unlawful traffic stop" since he broke that specific law. If you show the judge the video proof, they should dismiss everything bc the cop lost in the first place
