Siberian Elm Bonsai Forest (5 year progress)

In this video i got back to the origins of how this forest started as a bunch of cuttings from my main Siberian Elm, and show clips from that and all its ups and downs along the way. Then finally giving this a big haircut at the end. Enjoy!

@@BonsaiBoise definitely seems healthy. It was the first tree to shoot this spring a good month ahead of everything else.

Next time try some fiberglass in your mix. And pearlite to make the pot lighter. 8:57

This is an older mix but I do use a lot of perlite. I havent heard of trying fiberglass though. Any particular type of brand? I'm not sure where to find it.

Home depot or Lowe's will have it in the masonry area. The fiberglass is short pieces 2 to 3 inches in length. Just mix it up with the with the same material you used before
