This is so gorgeous! But I don't know why I think it will look better with a plain red/maroon blouse. The blouse looks beautiful standalone. It will look great with other sarees I feel

Hey Prerna...u are looking gorgeous...for this particular saree try a plain blouse in the same cut and look like an occur, black or bottle green...the contrast will enhance the look even further

I see your point Ruchika but this fabric is wayyy different from what is usually available in the market. A readymade saree in this fabric should cost you atleast 12- 15k :)

I would have probably gone for a contrasting blouse like yellow or maroon as both saree and blouse of same fabric is looking too much. Also, I preferred the bun as it brought the entire look together.
Plain black looks graceful on printed saree. You can use this blouse with other plain saree

I think a matching blouse and a bold lipstick is making the outfit a bit loud. Perhaps that's what you are satisfied with but i think with vibrant fabrics, one should experiment with the cut design of blouse a bit more. I think a different selves design like a slight puff blouse with boarder would look amazing with that saree. Just a personal styling tip but you can be as vibrant as you like if it suits your personality :)

Hi Prerna, I'm not sure if I'm even eligible to suggest you about looks but I think that with saree a blowdry hair look would add an extra oomph and if looking for elegance I think you can elevate the blowdry hair and go with center parting and pin loose twisted hair from the front on each side and rest of hair left loose would look simply awesome since you have a triangular face cut it would accentuate your face as well as highlight the collar bones. Just a suggestion 🙏

I was very intrigued by your post and the picture you've put in that and played this video. About the look, I would say I've seen you do better, like the karwachauth look and many more. This one was an attempt worth appreciating, it wasn't your best but one of the good ones as always. But for me what matters more is you, how were you behaving in the video. You looked so excited, nervous, happy all at the same time. The curious shine in your eyes with questions like how will it turn out. You were so much into it that I started feeling involved, as if even I was trying it out with you or if you're my friend/ sister/ mom with whom I'm discussing this outfit for a much awaited event. The reason for writing this ram kahani is that I was able to connect with you only because you were connected with it to the core with utmost honesty, affection and passion. This is one of the most important yet rare quality that a person could possess for anything they do regardless of their profession. I loved this video for the aankho ki chamak that you had throughout, it just signifies your dedication and hard work. Being brutally honest, Saree is something I loved, and even the first random ponytail was going good in my opinion. Nevertheless, I love how much positive energy you've put in for this video and all the other content as well. So for that, I'll try and recreate this saree look of yours for some occasion in the near future. Kya pata expectations se or bhi kayi zyada achha nikal jaaye. Saree could also look differ with some plain colour 3 quarter puffy blouse. I made one with silk fabric, which goes with many sarees I have. I could have uploaded if theirs an option
Saree is really very pretty but didn't like the whole look, maybe you should try plain blouse and choker instead of both of necklace and earrings you wear, just a suggestion

Nice efforts but personally I believe this saree would look beautiful with full sleeves high neck or round neck ( like sabyasachi blouse neckline) in solid black or dark green color. Jewellery round neck necklace either in jadau or oxidise. Please give it a try. Yellow brocade booti blouse will also do with jadau navratna beads necklace.

Didi can you solve a big problem for me regarding the jeans?? If I am comfortable with any jeans I wear it 2-3 days repeatedly(next almost 2 weeks later) and thus it becomes loose across the thigh ... It happens all the time with me, phir mujhe wo pehenke accha nhi lagta unfit unfit sa lagta hain😑😑what should I do to avoid it?
