I had always wondered what it felt like for Crispin Freeman when he was voicing so many characters in LODOSS TV. Flawed though that dub may be (especially when compared to the more consistent OVA dub, where no actors dropped out of roles), it DOES show off Freeman's versatility. If there's any reason I like the ROLW TV dub, it's for Freeman's work (and Deb's)--both are the highlights of that show. Crispin's enthusiasm for these roles prove that he can elevate even an uneven dub such as this.
