Crispin for versatility. Not only is he known for more roles, he's also an interesting individual and hearing him talk about mythology is something I never tire of (also, you should check out his VA podcast).
oO PPH Oo Oh, I agree with you completely. I haven't had a chance to get around to listen to his podcasts but I've watched a few more videos since then and am well aware of how intelligent that man is. Very eloquent. Damn shame no voice actors ever come up to Canada. -Le sigh-
Melanie Collins Two of my favorite animes actually have Canadian dubs: Death Note and NANA. For playing Yasu and Ryuk (and to an extend Vegeta) Brian Drummond is a favorite VA of mine. They attend Canada cons.
But I get your complaint about not getting your favorite VAs to your local cons. I live in Denmark and our biggest con managed to pull Vic Mignogna once in 2010. That's it. Super nice guy (until I asked him to sign something as Vic McDerpaderp xD) but I'm not really a fan. I attended almost exclusively for the fangirl reaction to him and was not disappointed xD
I didn't mean to imply that we don't get any VAs up here; I just meant that they're not the ones *I* want to see. Although, to be fair, last year Draco Malfoy did pay us a visit...
Oh I understood you :) I did use the word "favorite" after all. All I did was point attention to Canadian VAs you might also like.
My best chance at meeting cool guest is by flying to the UK. Not something I can complain about since many in both the US and Canada will have to fly similar distances.
