The muffler outlet is equipped with a "Sparester", which prevents "sparks" from coming out of the engine and requires regular cleaning.

The generator came off easily, but if it is stiff, use an existing screw thread or slide hammer to remove it.

Water is mixed in the carburetor, so clean the inside.

Since the engine gets hot, apply heat resistant paint.

The piston rings have their order and direction, so please refer to my past videos as well. The ring openings prevent compression leaks that slide 120 degrees.

Align the matching mark (circle) of the compression top dead center of the crankshaft and camshaft, and the dent on the camshaft is the part where the weight is changed and the centering (balance) is taken.

Apply "rubber grease" to the contact surface between the crankshaft and the oil seal.

Press-fitting the bearing changes where the force is applied when the shaft is "inside / outside", and if pressure is applied to the wrong place, the bearing will be damaged.

Apply a chemical that removes the existing paint, and sandpaper is smoothed by doubling the count from the smallest number.

Since the base is uneven, prepare it with a primer surfacer. You can change the thickness of the coating film by changing the dilution rate of thinner.

この手のレストア動画の最高峰の品質かも知れない。しかもその修理品を使って何をするか？というのも盛り込まれてる。
今回はかき氷。季節感満載、食べるのは子供。実に良い。
ただ、最初から動作の点で何も問題無かったのか、問題があったのならどこが悪くて、どのように直したのか
そのあたりが自動車・機械整備の専門家さんとしての視点がほしかったかなーと思います。是非、意見が聞きたかった。

電気系やモータ系、加えてベアリングやブッシュ系に何ら抵抗感を示さずに取り扱える人は何でもうまく直せる人だと思いました。モータグレーダの修理も拝見しましたが、このような理解度が高く実際に電気や油圧系の組付けも自然に出来る人だと、どんな自動車のAT車のATトランスミッションも自由に治せると思います。試しにやってみられたら修理希望者は多いと思います。エンジン治せる人は多いですがAT治せる人は多くはないですから(^^)v
