I just got it Anthuriums and I'm loving their velvety lush leaves. I did some plant chores. Putting my hoyas that were outgrowing the trellises that they were on onto some bigger ones. Also did some propagating because one of the vines broke so it was more of an impromptu propagation.🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
I don't know how I missed this video, I usually get notified. I have so much repotting I need to do but between work and school there's not much time left.
It's such a tedious and messy task, but I always feel so good after it's done!
I got those pots from Temu just in time!😅I start my hoyas (and most things except jungle cactus) in water and when I see some little roots I move them to moss or moss/perlite combo. Once they root out well in that I move them to their permanent substrait
Oh gosh so many pretty propagations and I usually put my hoya propagations in water and they really do root up quickly. I really love what you use to put those propagatons into and I would like to try that also, and those clips you use to hold it in safely is great. For rooting - I tend to use coco husk with coco coir ... But just ordered some chunky perlite to start adding into future rooting projects.
I do like the looks of the doriaki.
You can also get a shorter pin for holding plants down while propagating

I definitely have the best luck in water, they root so fast. I just got a new hoya that was scraggly so I cut off almost half the plant to root in moss and make a fuller pot, but it seems it’s a fail lol the leaves have been yellowing and falling off in the moss, just left with sticks and I don’t know it they will do anything 😢
