Without putting lid and processing bowl, the motor will not start rotating. Am I correct. Today I purchased FX 11 and tried to check whether motor is working and blades rotate. But it does not start rotating. Hence pl guide immediately.
The coconut scrapper blade is not good. Most of the coconut pieces fly to the periphery of the blade and fall into the bowl as pieces. Finally, we've to do everything again with our old Sumeet machine. Many of the vegetable cutters and shredders have a similar problem where large pieces fly to the periphery of the disc and fall into the bowl. We have to take them out and cut or chop them with a knife. Even if you put them back, they escape into the bowl as large pieces. The small grinder bowl does not give a fine powder, but more of coarse grind or in some cases, as small pieces. Apart from these difficulties, it is a generally good machine. We still continue to use our 25 year old Sumeet Mixer and Grinder, mostly for fine dry grinding or chutney. So, the overall feedback for this food processor is "Average".
I bought it from Amazon. Couldn't use for a few months for some reason. The gear is missing when I opened it. Where can I buy this part? Please let me know
Shredding blade is not perfect when you put any vegetables in it then vegetables slips from the side of disc to bowl due to the gap and you will not get proper cut most of the pieces left undone.
Bought this mixer last month. Tired running it today, the motor doesn't even start , only the led light comes up. Wasted my 7k for this kachada product for no reason, should have taken some other brand mixer.
