Hello Mam, recently I found your channel and got addicted to it. The way you organize , arrange everything, segregate your task, duties and execute is so fascinating. Being a bachelor staying in shared flat, I learnt how household works can also be organized without any hurry / worries from your videos. Thank you mam.
I am sharing few subjects for your future videos. If possible, please throw some light on these, I have just learnt cooking. You might have answered these in other videos which I am yet to cover, but if possible for you, please make a separate video for these as I guess lot of people might have similar queries like these.
1.)How to keep used plates/dishes overnight and clean next day, how to manage washing plates in a day if someone not having maid
2.)Your thoughts on Air fryer, how to utilise it in best possible way, is it really possible to cook in so less oil, some north indian air-fryer recipes if you can share veg / non-veg, yet to buy it
3.)How to restrict use of salt , sugar and oil in cooking but still make it tasty, any alternatives for each, Any specific utensil to be used for cooking to achieve this, any other suggestions.
4.)Can you suggest any recipes where less oil/ salt / sweet is used( not very less ) but still tastes good
5.)how to make roti easily, any tips or tricks, it takes lot of time, not interested to buy Roti maker
My suggestion, please don't buy air fryer. It doesn't get used. If you want to try, take mine

Since 1991 I am using food processer . Very very useful. But I am using food processer combined with mixer, Crompton Greaves.

I have preethi 's, only brand name is different... blades, shredder everything is similar and I agree with your views that it makes our life so easy!! I want to thank you for cluster bean tip. Even I hate cutting it but never thought of using processor. Thank you so much ma'am!!!

@@shinymanoj8394 processor is working really good, so far no problem but yes, built quality is not up to mark. Coconut shredder is not included in preethi zodiac model so no idea about it, but am happy with processor. ☺️☺️

Thank you. I have always wonder what is a food processor and how is it different from mixer grinder. Shredding, slicing and dough kneading are good use. Rest of the function like tomato pureeing or chopping onion, we can do that with mixer grinder also with little control on how finely chopped or pureeing we need.
I have also tried kneading dough in mixer grinder chutney jar for roti for one person. It works but the food processor has bigger, wider jar for kneading dough.
I think food processors are useful for cooking for a large family, else it wastes time cleaning all the attachments. For small family, it is better we do cutting and chopping manually.

I am a regular use of food processor.I have got same brand.In mine greater and slicer are in one plate.On one side there is greater and on the reverse there is slicer.No need to fix .It is very nice
