    I got it today and loved the way it sliced a tomato. No wastage of the tomato. While more testing related to other features is to be done, so far it is good

      @@ankitakundu1001 no mine is working fine as it operates only when all the parts are properly in place and i have turned the knob to required speed. So the safety feature works. Have you checked whether the knob was on any of speed levels. When i got mine, i had to get it replaced as a blade and the blade holder were misding. If you have just purchased it recently and are able to get a replacement provided you have all packaging and items intact, get it replaced. Or I think you need to contact inhalsa customer care.

    • @SreelakshmiPrabhakar

      @@prahladdwivedi3995 this is just a food processor with very basic functions like dough kneading, slightly thick slicing, very coarse shredding, whipping, finger chip making and chopping. So there's no choice of thickness in slicing and no thin grating. So far I am happy with the product as I find the thickness suitable for sandwiches. Also a semi ripe to raw tomato is easily sliced within seconds. Apart from this I use the product for kneading dough. I already have lots of manual food processors and a mixer grinder. So this was okay. If you want a food processor with mixer grinder feature then I suggest you look at other models of inalsa or other brands.

    May I make my previous enquiry clearer. What is not obvious here is, how to install the desired cutter blade on to the cutter holder. Before the installation, one has to take the previous blade out. Both the processes are not clearly shown here. please help

    • @SreelakshmiPrabhakar
      @SreelakshmiPrabhakar Před 3 lety +1

      I hope my explanation will help. Each blade has a narrow and broad side. For removing the blade you need to lift the latch on the broad side with your finger(i use the thumb). By doing that you can remove the blade. For inserting the blade you need to insert the narrow side latch in the middle of the disc and then press till you hear a click. The shape of the blade is such that you can't go wrong in knowing which side goes where. Just be careful as blades are sharp.
