Eddie Howe good manager but The big problem in Newcastle now is that all the signings of new players only in defense, midfield, or even the goalkeeper were made by Howe. Even the only striker that Newcastle brought, Alexander Isaac, was through the PIFnot by Eddie Howe.

100% Matty! The injury headwinds against Eddie have been massive this year, but that's part of the game. Its a reason, not an excuse. I am behind Eddie all the way. Lets unload some weight in the summer, get a few players in, and see whats what next fall.
it's a reason EH is part of, for 2 years subs basically only as forced via injuries.... EH has his merrits, but if he cannot evolve on using the healthy squad instead of injured players just because, who knows why (playing time not always warranted by display on pitch), only reactive if even that than proactive during the matches... aye, the squad is not ideal for playing top6 team football but no-one should be forced haistly to the pitch after injuries or as being injured, there is no excuses on that... and as a result the match sharpness is also poor oon the benchwarmers... a lot of causation in my opinion. Hope EH sorts his stuff out and evolves with us...
@@heikkisanelma6625 You make good points. The thing about Eddie Out or Eddie In is that its more nuanced than that of course. My nuanced view of Eddie In is that I want him to evolve his ability to rotate players and tactics instead of the one size fits all approach that has worked for him but may be limiting. Eddie seems a fairly introspective guy, and I can only hope that he is learning from all of this.I still believe he is the one to lead the club at this point in time.

Personally I’d let Howe go but only if someone who will take us up a level or 2 is available. Howes tactics/subs have been questionable at best this season. Bit us in the arse multiple times. He managed to get it right against West Ham after his initial sub after Lascelles injury cocked it up.

Why are our fans so desperate to get behind and back a complete lame duck?
Where were these injuries when Newcastle threw away a one goal lead against 10 man Liverpool at home?
Where were the injuries when an 18 year old destroyed them with a hat-trick at Brighton?
We have been poor since the pre-season with the main problem this season being Howe overestimating how good his team really are in the scheme of things.
That squad performed well above it's station last season with Howe's mantra of "Evolution Not Revolution" in the summer.
Well it should have been the latter because a lot of the players who take to the field for us are simply not good enough for the Premier League let alone the UCL!
Howe carried a lot of luck in some of our matches last season with the Brentford away game being a casing point.
There was also plenty of signs there in the home games of things to come with failure to break down some poor sides at home throwing away a lot of points in the process.
One day the penny might drop but it could be too late with this continued backing of Howe.
A lot of our fan base want to cling on to the feel good factor of the take over with Howe being at the forefront of that and are terrified the honeymoon period is over fearing what would come next if Eddie was relieved of his duty!
It was Howes fault full stop putting a donkey on only played on game all season and lok what happened

He played twice actually mate, against both manchester clubs in the cup which he performed well in and we beat them. He was the OBVIOUS sub over a young untested CB. Dummet has fucked himself now, He'll never play again under Howe i think.
