I picked up the bare titanium version a few days ago and can attest to the amazing build quality and finishing. It has more engineering in it than most 10k Swiss watches and finished to an even higher standard than some of the Swiss offerings. It is by the most comfortable bracelet watch Ive ever worn. Very lightweight yet solid feeling. The titanium alloys used to make it are on another level compared to the "regular" ti model which is an awesome watch as well. It needs to be handled in person in order to be appreciated!

Lol bro these watches are nice… but the engineering is not on the level of a 10k mechanical watch. Most 10k mechanical watches have in house made mechanical movements with 100s of moving pieces. This is basically the same module as the other squares with a very nicely polished and finished titanium case/bracelet

I have been using the GSTS110 since 2016 on a daily basis because it's solar powered and it's a beast of a watch. Since I got this GMW b5000d-1 I have fallen in love with the square face style. I bought this watch because I wanted something that can be dressed up or down and because I won some Amazon Gift Cards worth $160 so I bought the watch but it was only $380 so it wasn't too bad since I got it for around $200 after the gift cards.

The positive is that these new MR-G B5000 are precious in their designs and quality of finishes... the negative: I do not justify paying 3,500 or 4,000 for a mobile phone slave watch (Bluetooth) that is not capable of giving us the status on its own. of the battery if it is not for the happy Phone App, and of course the one that does not have a GPS penalizes it until the decision not to acquire the model... I have been with Casio for more than 30 years and very satisfied with the MR-G G1000D for carry GPS and battery status in the mobile itself, and even the MR-G G2000 that was Tri-Format with GPS... I see it very expensive for those shortcomings
