I Ihave lived here over 5 years. i don't have plans to move, EVER. FREE GAS FOR THE DRYER, A DELUXE STACK WASHER AND DRYER, THREE ELEVATORS LOCATED FRONT, CENTER AND BACK OF COMPLEX. $150 ONE TIME PET DEPOSIT, AND IT'S REFUNDABLE UPON CLEAN MOVE OU- CHECK UP. I COULD GO ON AND ON. IT'S THE PERFECT HOME. BUS STOP IMMEDIATE IN FRONT OF BUILDING ON COLLEGE DR.
The "gated' areas are not secure, they are left open and anyone can just walk in at any time of the day. The staff is nice and do the best that they can. The Apartments it self now has viynal flooring in the main open plan area and bathroom, and carpeting in the bedroom(s), all apartments only has one bathroom but they are very spaces. the one bedroom kitchen area doesn't have enough cabinets or any storage. All appliances are ELECTRIC including the hot water & HVAC! Also management reserves the right to enter any apartment, there's 3 inspections a year, plus HVAC filter change every 3 months. A resident cannot install any security device on the entrance door as it would hinder management or emergency personnel needing to enter an apartment. The video tour is outdated as the complex has gone through a major upgrade to its community room & building façade.
