I like the combination of the formal baroque piano nobile with a modern lived-in house above. That is cool.
Beautiful architectural mansion. It's a truly a warm nd cozy place to live in, not showroom.
Clearly a family with several kids. The one thing that always amazes me is how an owner or at least the listing agent fails to consider cleaning up the spaces might be a great idea. I can appreciate a lived in home but growing up I was taught to clean up my stuff, in the bathroom put the shampoo bottles and items you use away if even for the video. Cleaning as you go means never having piles of stuff everywhere as this home ended up showing.
you really think a place this size and expense had the FAMILY clean it? 🤣i would put a small bet that it was all staged as to not scare people.
@@DAYBROK3
Mine was not a suggestion of the actual family cleaning, however, " a place this size and expense," would require staff to maintain it and scheduling them in advance of photographs strikes as reasonable consideration. At the very least the listing agent might have made an effort to have THEIR listing show as best as possible in an effort that it shows as best as possible. There isn't a chance that home was staged, winter coats tossed over stair railings, bathroom products on every surface including the floor, food on kitchen counters home stagers do not do. Staging a home is done to create a more unified and complete esthetic more fitting of the property. Making a mess so as not to "scare people," is never on a stagers mind, nor does it need to be. Anyone even considering a home such as this would need to be vetted in advance of
even stepping inside, if a home scares them they're already the wrong people.
@Suède, chip sous-cutané! Ça y est ! LA MARQUE 666
So, the immediate assumption must be that those residing in the home, when the images were taken, are neither rich nor have employees to clean.
Formidable !👏
Just lovely!
glorious main floor. hope the furnishings came with the house. GLAD to see the family rooms on upper floors are as haphazard and messy and kid friendly like regular people!!!!!
Il est magnifique. Il me plairait bcp.
Not clear what you see from the windows. Practically Mon existent back garden,?

The interior designer did an outstanding job and also the architectural details inside and out are fabulous. Light and airy, modern but yet traditional. Classy and elegant. For me!

This place is listed at 21 million € on another website, but I don't know for how much it really sold.
Sacrebleu! Can I assume that there is no French word for "clutter?"
Bordel!
@@cross75man75 - As in bordello or maison close?
@@Caocao8888 Yes, the french also use that word to describe a messy or cluttered house or situation.
C'est une maison "encombrée" ou bien "en bazar" : "clutter" and the main goal could be "declutter".
On sait qu'il y a des endroits comme ça à Paris pour des princes saoudiens ou autres. Ce n'est pas pour autant la grande classe à l'interieur sauf peut-être en 3.37 plus authentique et la chambre en 2.31 plus simple
Merci

Nice exterior. But the interiors ore hideous 😮
luxo
The house is very beautiful, as it is located near the Trocadero it must be extremely expensive, and yet the furniture stinks of vulgar and pretentious copying, the bigger it is with sculptures, the more it pleases the owners.
If you can afford such an expensive mansion, in the heart of Paris, you don't need to bother with copies I would think.
@@francinesicard464 The furniture is not old, you can immediately see it in the patina which is far too shiny to be honest. Secondly, a number of pieces of furniture are of modern manufacture as they did not exist at the beginning of the twentieth century, well, the real eighteenth century antique furniture is rare and extremely expensive, it would take more than ten years to put together such a set. For information, an old signed chest of drawers sells for more than € 300,000, 6 signed Louis XV period chairs sell for more than € 600,000, a desk in marquetry from the same period and signed is practically impossible to find and would sell for more than 2 000,000 €, the office of King Louis Xv, which is based in Versailles, is estimated at more than 50,000,000 €.
Oh là la 😅
