The house is very beautiful, as it is located near the Trocadero it must be extremely expensive, and yet the furniture stinks of vulgar and pretentious copying, the bigger it is with sculptures, the more it pleases the owners.

I like the combination of the formal baroque piano nobile with a modern lived-in house above. That is cool.

Cet appartement a conservé beaucoup de caractéristiques hausmaniennes. La décoration d'intérieur magnifie ses parquets, moulures, portes multiples, longs couloirs en se faisant discrète. Elle est actuelle et intemporelle. Bravo ! Voilà le style d'élégance qui me convient parfaitement. 🤗

Hausman est dans le titre. Quelles sont les caractéristiques hausmaniennes de cet appartement ? Les pierres de taille en façade ? Ou bien le titre suggère qu'on est boulevard Hausmann ou dans ce quartier. Pas de moulure, cimaise, rosace, cheminée, parquet, portes intérieures, multiples débarras, pas de distribution à la française. Cet appartement pourrait être situé n'importe où dans le monde.

This apartment would be Perfect as a getaway second home, from your own home to have in Paris. Its clean, modern and the beams are everything. However, you still get the feeling that you are living in an attic...there is no real flow to the apartment. Anyway, where it is and the fact it is modern makes it a hit with me. The perfect man retreat to get a way from it all. 7/10. x
