Hello sir my brother is suffering from usher syndrome type 1 and he is deaf and mute since birth .He is having tunnel vision and his age is 30.This glass will be effective or not for him if not then what are the other options.Its hard for him to see at night also.I have already tried but haven't got proper response.we are from nepal it will be hard for us to travel without proper knowledge of possibility of help.Thankyou
