An Accusation Of Racism (This Time, It's Personal)

A customer very much implied that I was discriminating against him because of his race, so I have expressed the circumstances that led to this misunderstanding. Unfortunately this video is expressed specifically from my perspective and so it is one-sided, but that just can't be helped seeing how I have no idea who this person is.
