    I have questions, why does the mineralization start at the DEJ but the caspid area calcify firstly??

    • @doctoropsyindia
      @doctoropsyindia  Před měsícem

      yes, mineralization starts at the DEJ, but not the at the entire DEJ at once. The DEJ at cuspid area gets mineralized first, then it moves towards the cervix.

    Sir i don't understand #4 point 7:02 but enamel have aprisamatic layer then why

    • @doctoropsyindia
      @doctoropsyindia  Před rokem +1

      aprismatic enamel is a layer of enamel in which the typical key hole shaped enamel rods are absent. It is not an unmineralized layer of enamel.

    So if the ques comes for amelogenesis you gotta write both this one and the life cycle of ameloblast ?

    • @doctoropsyindia
      @doctoropsyindia  Před 2 lety +1

      well Merlin it depends on the examiner and the marks allotted to that question. but generally speaking yes u should write life cycle of ameloblasts while answering amelogenesis.
