Just a heads up to anyone not getting sound. Myself and others are getting no issues but a couple of people are saying there is no audio. Should all be fine once it's finished processing.
Nice my cousin and myself are just getting into the game now. So Hopefully this will help, the amount of options can seem overwhelming for us newcomers.
I wish they would have made the Phlac-Arphocc Prototype the quick build so we could use the I5 tri-fighter again
Prebuilt Dooku is I5, customizable Dooku is I3. That's a pretty significant bump
I'd love some more ships o.o the prebuilds are nice tho, I like that we won't have to build a deck of cards on the side of the table. But still, something about custom ships is more interesting for me. (Builds)

With this set and the Yavin one I've getting a ", "Let the past die. Kill it if you have to."" vibes from AMG, thinking if/when a 3.0 lands it'll all be quick builds as the squad points / loadout seems to be a stumbling block for them to balance, partially from inheriting the game from FFG, would mean you could have a PDF option to save on players having to splash out again a la 2.0 conversion kits although a bit like MCP nicely printed ones could be sold too, and not have to worry about later upgrades causing issues (like the 1.0 Jumpmaster hi-jinks), salt shaker disengaged and as ever keep up the good work
The time you would want to deal ion instead of a crit is if the shields would just eat the crit anyway. Also both Eta-2s have reliable ways to generate crits that Esk V-Wings generally don't
Yeah.... but even then there are situations where you'd rather just deal out a point of damage.

Thanks for taking the time to compare the standardised loadouts against equivalent customisable versions.
I'm really looking forward to these scenario packs (Yavin and Coruscant). Pre-built pilots will make it quicker to get a casual games to the table. I've got a couple of tri fighters (to add to my Seps) and a whole fleet of Republic coming soon in readiness. 😀
The ion weapons is the same thing that the esk configuration does on the v wing

Oooh I like the DBS-32C ability.. I wonder if other ships will be pre built with the DRK-1 probes for that sweet sweet jamming across the board..

The Dooku ability is the same as the Dooku crew ability. I love it and put it on everything.
The doku pilot is similar to his crew card ability
Some nice new upgrades I wish show up separately in regular play
But shaak it's ability is at the start of the end phase, but order of operations in the end phase, step 3 is when you remove circular tokens. So it's kinda a nonbow, isn't it????

Ancillary Ion cannons are rubbish, there are a few rare occurrences where you would choose ion over raw damage. I cannot remember the upgrade card that had the same text, was it on the V wing? never played it, but.... it was trashed on release too.
