attempting LEGEND ROAD at 30+ BMI & 38yo, but being too fat, then CHEATING yet still FAILING 🤪

  • aaaaaah SHADDUP, I'd like to see you try strapping on weights to bring your BMI to 30+ and seeing how easy it is to do this course 😜. and also doing it while your whole body is about to disintegrate into a pile of ash lol
    06/23/2024 - this session happened on Sunday night, right after coming back home from a weekend away with the wifey (her parents offered to watch the kids so we could have a "date night / weekend"... for the first time in over a year!! 😁)... HOWEVER, during our hotel stay, I was so psyched to have actual free time with no kids to take care of, I went to the fitness center 3 times, in less than 24 hours! Every workout was super intense, basically ending with supersets to failure eventually hitting every muscle group. Again, in less than 24 hours. So by the time I started this session.. my entire body was ready to shut down hahaha.

    Good job bro! I need to try and learn how to do the foot switches in max 300. I do it the hard way lol

      @@khaosemperor4611 thx! And it definitely helps with the PA to do it this way, but I only do it this way if I'm using the bar. If you do try it, just remember to lift your feet quite a bit so it registers each press. Back in the day I used to normal jackhammer the right and left arrows, and then do a double tap and alternate the last 6 jacks before the last jump (up up up down down down jump = right toe, right toe, left toe, right heel, right heel, left heel, jump) because I could also do it this way no bar. I haven't tried it this way again yet, mostly because my no bar attempts have been with added weight lol.
