- Got around to playing DDR World once again to give it another shot and to see if I missed anything. Some of my thoughts and gameplay is included :)

more undocumented button press sequences: scroll way faster by holding down + pressing right repeatedly, or holding up + pressing left repeatedly.
Also, flare gauge (even flare I, the easiest one) gives you the same extra star for extra stage, just like life4 gauge, so that may be worth using overall.

I'll record the song list up to DDR A3 for difficulty changes.

Groove Radar was removed probably because it was rather confusing. I only understood Air & Freeze.
Again, I hope there will be major visual changes soon.
I only understood Air and Freeze as well! never over 20 years of playing DDR did I ever care enough to find out what exactly everything meant aha as long as a song didn’t have too much air I was happy
I think they'll add new characters selections instead of Emi and Rage, but other than that this will be the new look of DDR for this mix. As much as everyone's been hating it, I'm in the minority and will say I really love the new art direction this game took, it's very stylish and edgy and colorful. And let's both face it, people are resistant to change, specially this drastic, but I think over time, more will come around on it. But I really love it. Also the new announcer sounds like Sonic the Hedgehog and I can't unhear it, but I love it lol!

Is the DDR world song list big?
@@Joshuaisnotinsane23 from what i’ve seen it’s about 12 to 15 tracks that are available and the rest need to be unlocked not sure how many are unlockable (is that a word lmao)

@@Joshuaisnotinsane23 A20 and A3 was about the same so I would say A3 because it had more content to choose from
I don’t have a Round1 where I am [Minnesota]. We only have A20Plus. Anywho watching your video and others I think this game is still a “Work in Progress”. Which is disappointing. It looks like it is trying to “reinvent the wheel” when A-A3 was already great in terms of UI.
@@AgePIU besides the music select wheel (I dont like the “squares” I am a huge fan of the old song list style) I thought the A series UI was absolutely perfect I loved everything about it. Seems like a lot of people are liking this new reinvented wheel me personally not a huge fan of it BUT i’ve seen that konami actually made an update to fix a bunch of issues I had with it so at least they’re listening to their fans and correcting some of their ridiculous design/ui decisions
