Here is my Question, I signed a digital contract for Shield Roofing here in South Point OH. That was June 28th. I have not heard from them since. They sent one email out to say they had equipment stolen, and lost staff. Now the people I talked to are not employed there, and they will not return phone calls. Rumor is they laid every worker off and shut down. How do I make sure I am out of contract.
I think I would have added auto sales to the menu if a signed contract at a dealer for a used auto within three days can they rescind a contract.
How about a contract with a chiropractor? They change my contract saying I signed the wrong contract. Saying it's soppost to be the higher amount, not the cheap one. Adding almost $4k to my $5k contract.
I have been swindled out of my 1965 Dodge van. My neighbor who buys cars and resales them offered me 4400 on my van. I said we are close on the price he shook my hand while I was talking. THE DEAL: crooked buyer said he would give me 2400 and a 4 wheeler valued between 2000-2500 1984 Honda 4 wheeler. Later I noticed the tires were leaking on 2 tires, no brakes, rat chewed wires, plastics busted. I researched it pristine condition 1100, one needing tires , brakes, and work 450.00 and I allowed him 2000 because he lied. He had me sign my vehicle title after about 2-4 hours later after being on anesthesia and cervical disc steroid injections. Is the title still valid?
In case of new home construction contract, I was told I am able to rent and there is no rental restriction in the HOA. I signed and after that the Sales Agent shared the rule is in the works to be changed but you will be grandfathered in. We were happy but when we verified from the HOA the terms, they shared you will not be grandfathered as per the new clause. The HOA rule has not changed yet. We plan to void our contract on terms of misrepresentation. Will that qualify for misrepresentation and rescission our contract. Had we known this was in the works, we would not buy the house.
I was at Honda few days ago I did get approved for a 2022 Honda Civic LX the only thing I did was sign saying I agree to the monthly payment if they did get me approved and just privacy statement but I never made it into the finance office actually signing long sheets contract and actual paperwork because I walk out I don’t have the Civic didn’t agree with numbers so instead I went to Toyota and they did get me approved with no money down and 4%i rate for a 2022 Toyota Corolla SE lower payment so regards to walking away from Honda I didn’t agree to the contract or sign a contract so I can just walk away? And salesperson didn’t txt me till the evening saying I was approved but I didn’t go back went with Toyota instead said I did right thing buy saying no without signing anything other then starting point they never called me back
Yes but what happens when you signed it outside of the United States
So I think we got a “To Good to be True” pitch when we were sold Solar. It doesn’t appear it was factually and now we are passed the 3 day contract. Can we get out of the contract?

We had a hurricane here in Florida. had a roofing contractor come to our house I was just out of the hospital holy medication. He got us to sign a paper against him full control over our insurance in our money and it's been 3 years now and nothing's been done to our roof please help
I sign a three day with jes foundation. The cooling off period is over. They didn’t provide me with my roofing condition concerning my basement flooding sometimes during a heavy rain. I told jes my basement only floods in one spot after a heavy rain. A gutter company showed me my gutter was stop up with leaves and also they needed to be repair. The waters wasn’t draining from my roof problem causing my yard to be flooded with water. .jes lied about my sub pump not working, which it does. I don’t think my leaking basement is from foundation cracks it’s from gutter stop up and my gutters needing repairs. The rain is not flowing through the gutters . I told Jes it only one spot that gets wet in my basement. Can I get my money back even the cooling 3 days period is over?
I signed a lead generation contract. And the return policy is zero cancellation under any circumstances. Over the phone he said I could cxl in 72 hrs - Meanwhile as soon as I saw what their service was about I cxld immediately I wrote them saying to cxl I cxld the payment with chase I disputed the charge and lost because he has a signed contract! I’ve since reached out to via directly - small claims - the bbb and attorney general 🤷🏻♀️ what else can I do!

I signed a contract with velocity merchant services April 27 for a clover pos system I received the clover without the cash drawer, May 3 2022. I called the company and said a cash drawer did not come with the clover staion, I was told that's not in the contract. It is it states it. I want to cancel and I was in distress when I signed it. I informed vms I was drinking at a get together and you have to excuse me. More pressure was put on me. Can I still cancel the contract?
So if a contractor comes into your home and tells you they can perform a home repair within the next two weeks to meet some timeline you are needing. You sign the contract and off they go. Four days later, they contact you and tell you "oops, sorry, it's actually going to be about 3 or 4 months." Nothing in the contract stated when the work would be performed. Does the consumer have any rights in this scenario?

Never heard of it called a CZcams station before.
So a client wanted work done so we signed a agreement and started the work.. there was no issue with the work but client decided she wanted to stop for the summer and resume in the fall.. but the contractor loses money due to refusal of another job that was also available at the same time as current clients work request.. now we have no work for 2-3weeks as the next, reappointed, or scheduled job/work starts at that time. We could have chosen the other job which the contractor refused so to do current clients work, so now We are without work for a few weeks.. How do we deal with this legally?
