I bought this car when I was 20 years old in 1980. Same color and style. Some great memories with that car. I bought it for $1000 and it was in beautiful shape. Lot's of power and easy to handle with full power steering and brakes. Great video!
Man what a beautiful car & in great shape also. Engine sounds great! And the dashboard, soooooo simple beautiful speedometer! I love that old style; horn, wipers, signals & lights, a/c & heat, & a decent radio...what else do you need!!!I remember those old cars, if you had to sleep you pulled over someplace safe and you could stretch out on those flat bench seats..! When we took a trip my mom would bring a couple of pillows, cooler box, picnic basket, & thermos of good coffee!! Ah memories...those were fun days and simple times... Keep oil in the engine and gas in the tank & keep an eye on the radiator levels and those Detroit V-8s would run all day!!
Had a 73 Impala, with the 400 small block, lots of torque, it could spin that right rear tire 150 ft w/2 barrel carb! Put a cam in that puppy, it would scream past 120, probably 150 mph top speed
Beautiful!! I own a 72 Impala myself with that config. Also a modern Volvo with 300hp for the bad weather days. But I can relate to this. When timed it is the slowest car in the world haha. But that feeling if the torque kicks in from like stationary... Oh man it feels so powerfull. The smoothness makes it feel so good, it feels more powerfull than above average powered cars
Thanks for your interest in our Impala. Unfortunately, this one has been sold. Please check out our website for our most current listings. Here is the address www.classicent.net Ronnie
I don't understand how a restore can have cracked rubber and rusty metal on the radiator along with rust brackets? See here: czcams.com/video/NOrZV_e9DCw/video.html Maybe I don't understand the restore business. The rest looks wonderful and looks just like my mother's except hers was red and I want to say it was a 4 door. I was 3 in 1972. Cool car and strong engine!

Chevy V8's always started so quick, easy and silky smooth compared to any Chrysler Mopar starter.

I knew a dear elderly woman who had one about that same color
I had almost exactly the same one, but the top was cream white.
The music sounds more than a little bit like The Cure.
That car is beautiful, how much?
Que bonito automovil, con motor 454.
Rear main leaks for sure! You can see a spot on the turn table! 😂😂😂
In actually buying one in a week. I'm pretty fucking excited lol like really fucking excited

1972's had problem with blocks cracking.
Put any engine you want now
Beautiful 72 Impala 2 door coupe the only thing I see that's not Factory is the hubcaps are not original on the car
Is the 72 impala as valuable as the 62 impala?
No, but it is a far superior car to the 62
How mutch it worth it ?
Same model same type.
Wtf fo u mean talk about like for what who?😨🤔
What size motor does it have ? ? ?
+Jim Jones 400 cid
Is this for sale
That's why you see 383 small blocks. Bored just far enough for that not to happen.
Shouldn't that have a 350 cid engine in it? The 350s were stock from 1970 on
